This was followed by an even greater opportunity: overseeing HR for the entire Western Balkans region. Throughout this journey, my team and managers' open and supportive attitude has been invaluable. Their belief in my ideas and goals, as well as their encouragement and trust, has inspired and motivated me daily.
My highlight: Within a year, my team and I launched dual training programs in our Serbian retail locations and introduced a new mechatronics technician profile in collaboration with Serbian schools. This marked a significant milestone for the entire automotive industry in Serbia.
