Furthermore, a registration in our procurement system (SAP Ariba) is mandatory. Please understand that not all registrations will lead to a cooperation. After completing the registration, you can already be invited to tenders.

Tutorials for SAP Ariba
Porsche Holding Salzburg uses SAP Ariba as its standard system to ensure our procurement processes are efficient and digital. To use the system, you need a (free) account on Ariba Network. Once you have created an account on Ariba Network, you can complete registration using the Porsche Holding Salzburg questionnaire. Sustainability in Procurement
The Porsche Holding Salzburg takes sustainability requirements into account in its procurement processes and supplier relationships.
In general, we expect our suppliers to comply with the requirements set out in our Code of Conduct for Business Partners, relating to human rights, working conditions, environmental protection and responsible business conduct. This Code is incorporated as a minimum standard into contracts and orders with product suppliers and service providers.
Depending on the type of product or service we want to procure, specific sustainability requirements may also form part of the offer evaluation and supplier selection.
We consider innovation as the key to sustainable development. If you are already able to offer innovative and sustainable alternatives to the products or services requested in a tender through Porsche Holding Salzburg, please feel free to submit your suggestions as part of the offer.
When awarding contracts, sustainability performance is one criterion. If you already hold relevant certifications (e.g. ISO, EMAS), please submit them to us either during the registration process in SAP Ariba or as part of the tender process.
For us, sustainability means continuous improvement. Throughout the business relationships with our suppliers, we place great importance on an ongoing constructive dialogue and the joint development of sustainable solutions.
