Salary: What you’ll earn during the apprenticeship
As of January 1, 2026, your monthly compensation as an Office Clerk will be:
Apprenticeship at the Porsche Holding headquarters
1st year: € 1,000
2nd year: € 1,195
3rd year: € 1,480
Apprenticeship at the car dealership
1st year: € 935
2nd year: € 1,097
3rd year: € 1,443
In addition, there are meal subsidies, the Climate Ticket Austria, vehicle discounts, and bonuses for completing an apprenticeship with a “good” or “excellent” rating.

My apprenticeship, which I completed with the Matura, marked my entry into the workforce and shaped me both professionally and personally. Early on, I was able to gain insights into various areas of the company and take on responsibility. Through collaborating with colleagues from a wide range of departments, as well as my part-time studies, I developed a comprehensive understanding of how the business operates and built a strong professional network.
Today, I work as a Regional Manager for Volkswagen PKW and support our dealership partners on all sales-related matters. I particularly value the varied collaboration with a wide range of people, as well as the opportunity to actively help shape the development of the Volkswagen brand.
My highlight: The daily interaction with our dealership partners and the chance to make a difference together and further advance the Volkswagen brand.
My tip: Take every opportunity to gain new experiences. Diverse areas of responsibility and challenges broaden your horizons and often open up paths you hadn’t even considered at the start of your career.
