I began my journey with an apprenticeship as an Automotive Technician specializing in System Electronics, then moved on to roles as a Service Advisor and deputy Workshop Manager. Today, as Operations Manager, I lead a fantastic team of 120 people and oversee projects like modernizing car dealerships. The apprenticeship laid the foundation for a self-determined life, and at Porsche Holding, it opened many doors and opportunities.

My highlight: My passion for cars runs deep. The moment I sat in a sports car for the first time as an apprentice, I knew I had made the right choice. The ongoing training sessions with fellow apprentices were always a highlight.

Today, as Corporate Employer Branding Manager, I focus on strategic HR projects and international campaigns, overseeing Porsche Holding's global employer brand.

My highlight: Being able to train many apprentices myself after completing my own apprenticeship and passing on my knowledge. It's especially rewarding to see the successful career paths our former apprentices have taken at Porsche.

As an Assistant to the Management, I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute my ideas and participate in strategic decisions. My highlight: Presenting the Volkswagen ID.3 at the Vienna Autoshow 2020, where I had the chance to showcase the vehicle’s special features to visitors.

The technical knowledge I gained during my apprenticeship as an Automotive Technician provided a solid foundation for my career. In my current role as a Spare Parts Technician, I evaluate the technical condition of spare parts, manage the storage and handling of goods in the parts distribution center, and identify areas for improvement in operational logistics. I find it motivating to be part of a team that is reshaping mobility. The team spirit in our everyday work is truly remarkable.

Today, as an Accountant, I manage income and expenditure and handle the balance sheet. Cars and motorcycles have fascinated me since childhood, which led me to pursue an apprenticeship as an Automotive Technician and turn my passion into a profession. Today, I am privileged to work closely with our outstanding brands. In addition, as a training officer for apprentices, I have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of young talent. Furthering my education is a priority for me: I successfully passed the master craftsman's examination and have started a part-time degree program. What I value most about Porsche Holding is the unwavering support for my personal and professional plans.

My highlight: Taking part in the Porsche Inter Auto Talent Program, including presenting a final project to senior management and HR leadership, was a standout experience.

Through my apprenticeship, I gained valuable experience across a variety of areas at an early stage in my career. What stands out most to me is the collaborative environment and the trust my colleagues placed in me by allowing me to take full ownership of tasks and projects. Currently, I support our dealerships as an Area Manager, focusing on all sales-related aspects of the Volkswagen brand. I am driven by the close collaboration with our sales partners and the strong customer connections that come with it.
