Salary: What you’ll earn during the apprenticeship
As of January 1, 2025, your monthly compensation as a Finance and Accounting Assistant will be:
1st year: € 1,000
2nd year: € 1,195
3rd year: € 1,480

During my apprenticeship at Porsche Holding, I received strong support, gained valuable knowledge, and was part of a fantastic team. Today, as an Accountant, I manage income and expenditure and handle the balance sheet. From day one, I felt a strong sense of community among the apprentices and the helpfulness of my colleagues – something truly special.
My highlight: The diverse tasks, the wonderful work environment, and the ongoing support and freedom I experience every day at Porsche Holding. I particularly remember the "Growin 3.0" project, where we apprentices worked on innovative sustainability topics within our training company.
My tip: Take full advantage of the opportunity to see and learn as much as possible.
