Analyzing problems and finding solutions will be part of your daily routine. At the service desk, you’ll provide quick, reliable support, whether over the phone or on-site.
Servers & Networks
Learn the ins and outs of server support and network technology. Your job will be to ensure seamless system operations across the company.

You’ll create and maintain checklists, document processed requests, and ensure that all administrative tasks are clear and well-organized.

Salary: What you’ll earn during the apprenticeship
As of January 1, 2025, your monthly compensation as a IT Systems Engineer will be:
