The close collaboration with my colleagues at Volkswagen is a constant source of motivation for me. At POI, we always work as equals, with mutual respect and a friendly, first-name basis. My internship provided me with my first taste of the professional world. Today, as a Requirements Engineer, I’m responsible for rolling out the finance module across various markets.

My highlight: Contributing to a functionality that was later integrated into the NADIN product.

My tip: Ask lots of questions, try new things, and embrace the opportunity to learn.

I’m particularly impressed by the wide range of development opportunities available at Porsche Holding, whether vertically or horizontally, and the numerous training programs. During my internship, I spent four months in the Taxes & M&A department and another four months in Group Accounting. Following this, I joined the international traineeship, spent 1.5 years experiencing international corporate life at Eurocar Italia, and later joined the Accounting & Tax team in Salzburg. Today, I lead this team and am thrilled to tackle new and exciting challenges together.

My highlight: From the very first day, I was given significant responsibilities. One unforgettable moment was the poker evening with my superiors and colleagues during my first week at work.

My tip: Make the most of opportunities to gain practical experience during your studies. Also, research your potential employer thoroughly - it will help you make a strong impression in the interview.
