Workforce Transformation
As global mobility company, Porsche Holding Salzburg bears great responsibility for people and society. We are aware of this. In our service-oriented business model based on deep expertise, employees play a decisive role in achieving our ambitious and sustainable goals.
We therefore rely on a forward-looking personnel strategy. All our activities are built around the development of our employees, sound and responsible business practices, digital and automated processes and the promotion of diversity. We protect our employees with targeted health and safety measures and ensure a safe working environment. We strive for a basis of trust in our work together with the works councils. We are also committed to the common good and support charitable initiatives as part of our corporate responsibility.
With our human resources strategy LIFE@ Porsche, which is an important part of our corporate strategy, we are preparing ourselves for the challenges of the future labour market. The measures in the “Workforce Transformation” focus field are integrated into the HR strategy.
Women in management
We are focusing in particular on increasing the percentage of women in management. In accordance with Section 76 (4) of the German Stock Corporation Act, Volkswagen AG has formulated targets for all companies as a basis for orientation. We want at least 20 percent of management positions to be held by women by 2030.
As at 31 December 2023, the percentage of women was 17.4 percent. In order to achieve the 2030 target, we have formulated annual milestones for all companies.
In addition, we want to increase the percentage of women in the entire company to 27.5 percent by 2030.
